Nano- SiO2 particles ,Nanometer magnetite (Fe3O4) particles and nanocomposites are widely used in many fields of advanced technology, In this article, using the hydrolysis of tetraethyl orthosilicate to preparation nano- SiO2 colloid, the particle shape were studied by SEM . it was prepared from tetraethyl orthosilicate, distilled water, ethanol,ammonia , general preparation methods were discussed, and used granularity apparatus(3000HSA)to measure these granularity.Through some parallel experiment,the author fished out experiment condition about impacting the granularity of nano- SiO2 . The result indicated that, the dosage of tetraethyl orthosilicate, distilled water, ethanol,ammonia affect obviously the size of Nano- SiO2 particles.And using dynamic light dispersion way inspect the change of the size of Nano- SiO2 particles, The result makes know that the size of particles is obvious accretion firstly and minish during the hydrolytic polycondensation of TEOS. The formation mechanisms of the resultant SiO2 particles under different reaction conditions were carefully investigated and discussed. Discussed initially surface modification of Nano-SiO2 Powder.Nanometer magnetite (Fe3O4) particles were prepared by chemical co-precipitation in this work, NH3H2O was chosen to act as precipitating agent,which was added to mixed aqueous solution containing ferric and ferrous ions to produce nano-Fe3O4 particles. In order to make nano-Fe3O4 particles have favorable decentralization, accede to a small quantity of ethanol and oleic acid. Using SEM and XRD chart to characterization ,proving nano-Fe3O4 particles is roundness by this preparation method , decentralization is favorable, colour and luster is black.Finally, in this article study on preparation and characterization of the Nanometer magnetite Fe3O4/ SiO2 particles initially. The size of nano-composite particles is about 15-20nm , decentralization is favorable.
