The Extractor of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves (GBE), its active efficiency components are flavonoids and terpenoids lactone, which are used widely in medicine, food, health care, cosmetic, et al. In recent decade, there are so many researches in abroad, for example Germany, Japan, America, France, about the preparation technology, constituent analysis, pharmacological effects, toxicological experiments and clinical applications of GBE. Comparatively, the exploitation and utilization of ginkgo resource in our country fall behind. Thus, it is necessary for the research of extracting technology and new processing method on GBE, which have profoundly the economy effectiveness and society effectiveness.In many of the extraction methods of GBE, the resin adsorption method is widely used because of low cost, high recovery percent, little organic solvent residual, et al. Thus, in this paper DA201 absorption resin was used and the result shows that the adsorbent has good absorbability and selectivity. In addition, the analysis and determination of the flavonoids in GBE were carried out by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The content of total flavonoids was up to 10.4 %.The GBE particles were produced by using continuous GAS. The CO2 was used as anti-solvent. Ethanol was used as organic acid. The effects to the morphology, size and distribution of the superfine particles which were caused by the operation parameters such as operating pressure, operating temperature and ratio between CO2 and liquid solution were studied in the paper. The research indicates that the superfine GBE particles between 1μm to 2μm could be successfully produced, and operating pressure, operating temperature and ratio between CO2 and liquid solution made more obvious effects to the producing particles. The excellent water soluble ability and stability of superfine GBE particles could be obtained.
