The cooker plays strong influence to human health. A lot of countries devote huge resources to invent new kind of non-stick cooker because the non-stick cooker made of Teflon coat has potential harm to human body.Nine kinds of biomimetic surfaces with convex domes were designed. One method to measure the adhesion force of the convex non-smooth surfaces was worked out. In this method, The Test System for Adhesion Property were used. The results showed that this method is feasible and the repeatability of this method for wear volume measured is satisfactory.By means of the Orthogonal polynomial regression design, obtained primary and secondary factors Z1> Z3 >Z2, Optimal combination is Z11 Z21Z31。The regression equations related the adhesion force to the the elements on the non-smooth surface were established: (y|^) =-0.435-1.291z1-0.798z2+1.37z3+1.33z1z2-0.228z32Optimized the regression equations, he optimization result in the test scope was: z1 = 1, z2 = 0.1, z3= 1.86.Based on the surface modification and topography reformed by bionics, the contact angles on the non-smooth surface were analyzed by the use of oca20 contact angle viewer and the Young function. The results showed: the aluminium surface tension was reduced by the surface modification and topography reformed by bionics and the anti-adhension ability were improved.adhesion force on the biomimetic surfaces reduced when the surface anticathode oxygenation were done. The result similar to the result of the contact angle.The adhesion force on the actual sample showed the adhension force of the biomimetic surfaces was lower than that of Teflon surface.The production of bionic non-adhesive cooker was punched the non -smooth surface on the inner surface by means of mould punch. Based on that , aluminium horniness surface anticathode oxygenation were done on the non-smooth surface.The practicability test result showed the anti-adhension ability of the bionic non-adhesive cooker was equal to that of Teflon cooker.
