The cooker plays strong influence to human health. A lot of countriesdevote huge resources to invent new kind of non-stick cooker because thenon-stick cooker made of Teflon coat has potential harm to human body.Ones pay more attention to the materials of these cookers in order toimprove their anti-adhesive ability, such as the Teflon coat. Thedevelopment of the materials has played an important role in increasing theanti-adhesive ability of many cookers. But, there existed somedisadvantagements and limits from anti-adhesive materials. It wasdemonstrated that cuticles of some animals such as dung beetle and groundbeetle, display the varied non-smooth or textured morphologies, Forexamples, the convex domes, dimpled or scaly form morphologies. Theformation of these non-smooth morphologies is not only related to theirinherit, but directly to the surroundings they survive. The morphologies arethe results of the optimization for survival of the animals. which gives anew clue for engineer to find answers to some engineering problems. It wasshown that the non-smooth or textured morphologies possess highanti-adhesion and anti-resistance properties. This thesis reported theresearch work of the free abrasive wear behavior of the biomimetic convexnon-smooth surfaces. The adhesion force a Test System for Soil AdhesionPropertySeventeen kinds of biomimetic surfaces with convex domes weredesigned. One method to measure the adhesion force of the convexnon-smooth surfaces was worked out. In this method, The Test System forAdhesion Property were used. The results showed that this method is feasibleand the repeatability of this method for wear volume measured issatisfactory.By means of the quadratic regression combination design process, therelationship between the elements on the non-smooth surface and theadhesion force of the bionic non-adhesive cooker were analyzed.
