Diatomite filter acid has steady chemical function,peculiar micropore structure and different granule scope which can effectively ameliorate defecating degree of filtrate,so it is applied to defecate diverse liquids widespread.With development of beer industry,quantity demanded for diatomite filter acid increasingly enhance that brings a series of problems about ecnomy and environmental protection.So to speak,separation technology of discarded diatomite is necessary to be applied to beer production.New diatomite filter aid is mainly composed of SO2.on the other hand,discarded diatomite filter acid consists of organic matter and mineral.Obseved by microsope,new diatomite filter aid has integrate shape and clear contour,micropore on the granule surface distributes uniformly as well.Although the shape and contour of discarded diatomite filter aid is same as the new one,its granule structure is not obvious and micropores are jammed by impurities.Put new and discarded diatomite filter aids brought from fermentation workshop of Harbin Beer Ltd.as samples in the thesis.Indicators selected according to QB/T2088-1995 were determined.Differenc of indicators of new and discarded diatomite were obtained from experiment.Make use of singe-factor experiment to confirm experimental factors and establish mathematical model with orthogonal polynomial regression design approach,castoff were recycled finally.Conclusions obtained from research are as following:1.Determing results of each pysical-chemical indicators of new and discard diatomite aid are as following:lax heap density of new diatomite is 0.23g/cm3,its hydrotrope content is 0.48%,pH value is 5.7,organic matter cntent is 0;on the other hand,lax heap density of discarded diatomite aid is 0.69g/cm3,its hydrotrpe content is 17.86%,acid-dissolving content is 1.76%,pH value is 6.25 and organic matter content is 23.0469%.Through comparasion of experimental datas,it is that primary difference of ingredients of new and discarded diatomite aid is organics content.New diatomite aid does not have organics ,wyhle organic content of discarded diatomite aid is 23.0469.Therefore,organics content is important factor to measure separation effect of discarded diatomite aid.The changing rule of organic content under different experimental condition can embody changing trend of separation effectiveness of discarded diatomite aid.It will also provide basis for establishing determing approached of other indicators and make for controlling each stage of experiment.2.Through the study of single factor influence of reacting condition on each experimental indicators,cconclusions were obtained as follwing:Pure water washes discarded diatomite aid don't have great influence on the hydrotrope.As hydrotrope content is about 3%,pH value ranges from 6 to7,is a neutral value;Acid–dissolving matter make the content variety obviously.At 20℃,60℃and 80℃the content≤3.0,satisfy the request.Under the different temperature,the organic matter content doesn't obviously change,the content is all about 20%,therefore,water wash can't enough pure conduct and actions lift a pure craft usage.Two kinds of circumstances of the acid processing:the sulfuric acid processing and hydrochloric acid processing.The sulfuric acid processing because in order to keep the organic matter content to be free from other factor influence, and do not handle further at this time to the diatomite, so the content of hydrotrope is large,on the other hand ,acid-dissolving reduce obviously, below 1%.The pH value is partial to sour, the organic matter content varies obviously,and ranges from 5% to 6%.Hydrochloric acid processing is the same reason.The hydrotrope content to compare greatly, sour dissolve to reduce obviously.The pH value is partial to sour, the content of the organic matter under the influence of the hydrochloric acid became dense, at density of 20% attain a content of a little bit lowest, is 12.4%.After by complementing experiment to discover when increases the hydrochloric acid density , the organic matter content variety modified.Therefore,the first step assurance discards diatomite is use the sulfurie acid pure diatomite.After the impact of alkali,the content of diatomite decreases,its value is about 13%.3.Through three sets to be hand over the experiment can
