This thesis illustrates a harmless and stable disposal technique of hazardous wastes. It uses the alkalinity of the fly ash to neutralize the acidity of the acid mine drainage, bringing the PH values of both close to neutral, then,by physical and chemical processing,it will strengthen its chemical reactions with the hazardous substances in the wastes, resulting in the autoinduction of stable heavy metals minerals, thus, stabilizing the heavy metals in both the drainage and the fly ash.Considering the fly ash is usually disposed by a combined method of landfilling and cement kiln, its chlorine content must be controlled or removed before entering the cement kiln, which will be accomplished during the coupling disposal process with the acid drainageThe experimental technique discussed in this paper minimizes or avoids waste increase during the harmless disposal of the waste, thus improving the work and cost efficiency of the hazard disposal system. The research results are as follows1.Develop and design a disposal technique for both acid mine drainage and fly ash during waste incineration: take advantage of the PH value of the fly ash and the acid drainage, neutralize them, then further process it by adding stabilizing agents for the heavy metals, after precipitation and separation, achieving the stabilization of the heavy metals in the acid mine drainage and the fly ash during waste incineration2.After the coupling process, the ph value of the acid drainage was brought to neutral, and its heavy metal content met the related discharge standard after the stabilizing process. The content of metals like Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Mn,Fe,As were brought down to a certain extent, the rate of elimination was 58.5%,88.1%,93.7%,76.1%,49.8%,63.1%,100% respectively. The extracted density of Pb,Zn and Cd within the fly ash was brought down by 92.1%,73.4% and 95.2%.It could also be concluded through the structural analysis that the carbonates form of those heavy metals were all weakened to a large extent. The processed acid mine drainage has met the national discharge standard(GB8978-1996);and the heavy metal in the fly ash also met the standard for hazardous waste(GB5085.3-2007)...
