So for producing high-quality continuous casting blank and reducing or eliminating its internal crack, we must pay more attention to that if the comprehensive strain in two-phase boundary exceeds the allowable strain range of the steel grade. Also, the exactly calculation of the comprehensive strain in two-phase boundary is important for rebuilding and guiding the design of the continuous caster, as well as defining the straightening point of the withdrawal straightening stands.As one of the parameter of the strength of roller, the straightening counterforce of continuous casting blank is the important criteria when selecting size and variety of the roller. So the analog computation of the straightening counterforce is the important foundation of the quality control of continuous casting blank and the design or rebuild of continuous caster, besides, it is used to guide the design of new continuous caster.With deducing of the formula about the comprehensive strain in two-phase boundary and straightening counterforce, this paper established mathematical model, compiled the code with C language, operated the results in the Visual C++6.0, with the analog computation of comprehensive strain in two-phase boundary and straightening counterforce about continuous casting blank, and then drawing the plot with Origin7.5. The results of the model can be used to check if the design of the continuous caster is appropriate, and the same time, it can be used to guide the design of new continuous caster, preventing or reducing the internal crack and improving the quality of continuous casting blank.
