| Material, energy and information are three backbones of contemporary technology. Material is also the precursor and foundation of industrial and technical advance. As a foundation, new materials always speed up rebuilding different technologies and traditional industries. one kind of new materials also bring the huge changes in technology, economy and even the whole world.As one kind of new materials, the presence of arbors is of important significance. Owing to its special structure, it's expected to be used in industry, agriculture, national defence, medicine, life sciences, environment protecting and so on. It has an important applied foreground in national economical areas. Arbors can also be used as anticancer medicine, sustained release medicine, information deposited material, electric material, high effect catalyzer, absorbing material, nonlinear optics material, nanometer material, separate velum, varnish material, sensitization material. And it's especially a breakthrough in nanometer macromolecule material and carrier of sustained release medicine, which brings progress for human being.The dissertation was made up of six parts as follows1)1,3,5-triacetyl benzene was prepared by the reaction of foundational materials acetone and formic acid ethyl ester. The conditions were studied and improved , then the yield also increased to 48% from 32%2) In sodium isoamylolate, dendrimer including structure of spirocyclo was prepared by ketone , 2,2-bisbromomethyl–pronane-1,3-diol, malonic acid diethyl ester and 1,3,5-triacetyl benzene, through the reactions of condensation, substitution and ester-interchange.3) In EtOH/SOCl2 system, the compound was hydrolyzed in acid solution, after the aromatization of 1,4- cyclohexanedione mono ketal. And the mechanism was discussed.4) One-pot synthesis of dendrimers: one generation dendrimer with six bromine atoms was synthesized through 2,2-bisbromomethyl-propane-1,3-diol's mono-condensation with 1,4-cyclohexanedione was aromatized in EtOH/SOCl2. Then reacted with malonic acid diethyl ester in isoamylol/Na, the second generation dendrimer was obtained.5) 1,3,5-triphenyl-benzene was prepared by the aromatization of acetylbenzene in EtOH/SOCl2 system. The one generation dendrimer with structure aromatic ring was prepared by reaction of acetylization and ketal.6) Macromolcule with the structure of [18] annulene was synthesized by the aromatization reaction of 1,3,5-triacetyl benzene, and the work is still under study.All structures of products and intermediates were confirmed by IR, 1HNMR... |
