Ganoderic acids are some of the triterpenoid constituents in Ganoderma tucidum which have pharmacological activities. This paper researched on the process of isolation and purification of Ganoderic acids, and identified their structures by UV, IR, MS, NMR. The result is:1. The optimal condition above Ganoderic acids extracted from in Ganoderma tucidum: Using the single factor test and orthogonal design by the extraction rate of Ganoderic acids optimize the effect of solvent concentration, amount and the extraction temperature and time. The result is ethanol solution as extractant, 1:18 of the radio of the solid to liquid, 2h of extraction time, 80 of extraction temperature. Under the optimal condition above the extraction rate of Ganoderic acids was 94.47%.2. Isolation and purification of the crude extraction of Ganoderic acids: Using the silica gelcolumn chromatography isolate the composition of Ganoderic acids. The composition was determined by TLC and HPLC.3. Identification about the composition: The purified composition is Ganoderic acid C identified by UV, IR, MS and NMR.
