Microcystis water-bloom has coused serious ecological problems in China. Waterbloom control especially bio-control is an urgent need and the research has become rather important in recent years. In this paper, algae-lysing actinomycetes were isolated and screened, as well as the potential for waterbloom control agent was discussed.More than 200 strains of actinomycetes were separated from the soil on the bank of East Lake in WuHan. Then 12 strains of Microcystis-killing strains were selected. By a further filtration, one of them, AN02, was left. Its metabolizing products have better restraining or killing effect of Microcystis aeruginosa. Via configuration characteristics and Physio-biochemical characters, AN02 were initially identified as Streptomyces. chromoflvus .In the different shaking—culture conditions, we study the influence of AN02's active substance of killing Microcystis aeruginos. The shaking—culture conditions were as follow: in GaoShiYiHao culture medium, carbon sources and nitrogen sources is 20:1,the pH is 7.5. In the condition of 75mL -100mL culture medium in 250mL flasks, 28°C, 160rpm, through 5 days' shaking cultivation, the active components reached the biggest amount.At the same time, we study the stability of the active substance in three aspects, including pH, temperature and time. Although the active substances have not sensitive in temperature, they have a higher requirement of PH and time.
