The article discussed the effect of preparing particle reinforced metal matrix composites by the path of pressure infiltration and the way of "nonuniform reinforced" to reduce the critical osmotic pressure and deformation degree of prefabricated body; and the possibility of improve plasticity and toughness of complex material to certain degree was also discussed.Pressure infiltration process of particle reinforced metal matrix composites were analyzed from the aspect of thermodunamic and hydrodynamic, and the flow behavior of liquid metal in prefabricated body of "uniform reinforced" and "nonuniform reinforced" was also analyzed. The seepage behavior of metal liquid in pressure infiltration process is numerical simulated by FEM. The wearability of "uniform reinforced" and "nonuniform reinforced" aluminum matrix composites were tested and contrasted by the dry friction and wear test, and the wear mechanism was analyzed. The results showed :1. After theoretical analysis, the infiltration process of "uniformity reinforced", had the feature of "flat push", while the infiltration process of "nonuniform reinforced" was divided into two stages, first the liquid metal flow through larger drill way between "fine clusters" preferentially with the smaller critical pressure, and then filled in the small drill way between grains of "fine clusters". Therefore, the way of "nonuniform reinforced" could reduce critical osmotic pressure, and compression deformation of prefabricated body was diminished.2. The hardness of the "uniformity reinforced" composites were distributed asymmetrically. The hardness value is higher in the part of particles conglobation and lower in the part between clusters of grains, but more toughness of matrix was keeped, it showed bending displacement of "nonuniform reinforced" composites was bigger than that of "uniformity reinforced". 3. In the situation of lower load, the wear-resisting property of "nonuniform reinforced" composites was better than that of "uniformity reinforced" composites; in the situation of higher load, the slope coefficient of wear extent curve of "nonuniform reinforced" composites displayed the trend of descending, appearing the phenomenon of "The more it is weared, the better the abradability is ".4. Visual transient temperature field distribution was obtained by FEM anasysis. Analog result indicated the parameters of particle radius, infiltration pressure, viscosity coefficient of liquid metal and the volume fraction of particles and so on decided the infiltration velocity and infiltration process.
