| Sanitary landfilling is the most principal methods of municipal solid waste disposal at present. But anaerobic landfill is dominated, the anaerobic landfill is a closed system, the water and air outside cannot introduce into the waste layer, so the rate of the waste decompose is slowly, and the process of stabilization is slowly too.Semi-aerobic landfilling is based on anaerobic landfilling technology, the end of the leachate collecting pipe is open to air, so, at the grade of temperature between the waste layer and outsides, air can be introduced into the waste layer, that can accelerate the waste decompose. Based on the locale semi-aerobic landfill and leachate recirculation, this paper discuss the mechanism and influence factors of accelerate stabilization.Through the study of the leachate quality of the three locale experimental unit, the results show that: with leachate recirculation, the effect of semi-aerobic landfill waste especially the organic contamination decomposed obviously. After 300 days of the experiment, the COD concentration of the three experiment unit dropped from 26172.34mg/L,72435.28mg/L,65324.24mg/L to 3466.29mg/L,4447.58mg/L,6618.43mg/L separately, the removal rate is 86.76%,93.86% and 89.87%. the concentration of BOD dropped from 21012.23mg/L,42800mg/L,33900mg/L to 390mg/L,1100mg/L,1700mg/L separately, the removal rate is 98.14%,97.43% and 94.99%. Through simulate and predict of the laechate quality, the COD concentration of the third unit meet the first effluent standards of leachate after 2.22 years and after 1.87 years meets the second effluent standards. At the same time, the BOD concentration of the third unit meet the first effluent standards of leachate after 1.33 years and after 1.15 years meets the second effluent standards. For the period the experiment is short, the removal effect of ammonia-nitrogen is not obviously, but from the result of simulate, the concentration of ammonia-nitrogen meet the first effluent standards of leachate after 2.30 years and after 2.11 years meets the second effluent standards, from the result, the decompose rate of ammonia-nitrogen in semi-aerobic landfill is faster than anaerobic landfill. From the waste decompose of the three experimental unit, the effect of decompose is influenced by the density of waste obviously, which is fast in the small one. This paper through the study of semi-aerobic landfill with leachate recirculation, discuss the mechanism of accelerate stabilization in semi-aerobic landfill. The results provide evidence and reference value for the application of semi-aerobic landfill in the future. |
