This text according to the need of cutting the bore and groove on the side of the sheep, solve an urgent technology problem to cutting round hole and groove for the factory. Design a kind of special used number controlled flame cut-off machine to cut open bore that used oxyacetylene or other cutting air .It can cut a big diameter orthogonal bore and groove. It can also be applied in the cutting of different diameter hole and changeable or immutable groove on the curved face plank and plate. The structure is novel, the principle is simple and the control is convenience.The text carries on detailed treatise to the structure design of the cut-off machine . The chief structure of the number controlled flame cut-off machine can be divided into three parts, the horizontal face organ, perpendicular ascending and descending organ and the swing organ. The text makes detailed analysis and argument to the choice of three projects and the design method of the structure. Its concrete structure includes gear joint, horizontal face joint and gas cutting joint.This text still does the design calculation of the cutting project . Its content includes the perpendicular movement calculation, the cutting thickness calculation of the perpendicular circle bore and its cutting speed, the linear length calculation of the groove. The offset of error confirms that the machine processes an ability of fabricating the big diameter bore and groove. In the process of calculating the movement, establishing mathematics model and drawing up a procedure frame diagram for correspond and drawing a curve of perpendicular movement. The linear length calculation of groove is achieved by the establishment of mathematics model through the chart of the groove section to get mathematic equation. The offset of error mainly studies the mathematics calculation of the center track of the tool and the repair of cutting gap, the offset of hull transformation, the mathematics processing of numerical value point data, the interpolation technology of numerical control system. Through the analysis and verification of the technology, making the system more perfect and the accuracy higher.Because the machine is controlled by number, the text analyses and verifies the principle and method of control system of the machine in Chapter 4. The text makes a choice of numerical control project, from open-loop control system, closed-loop control system to half closed-loop control system. So this control system choices open-loop offset NC system reasonablely. In the end, the text carries on comprehensive analysis and design to the software and hardware of the DKK-1 numerical control system and gives the system principle diagram and procedure diagram for correspond to.
