Fasciculus beamed wood-based panels, which are also called Scrimber, are the newest technology of the development in the wood-based panels fields either domestically or overseas, and are formed by making use of the unbreakable breadthwise and continuous lengthways timber beams through drying, spreading, gluing and pressing under heating. They are characterized by the mechanical properties and performance properties which are approaching the properties of natural timber, and since they come out, they have become the pop researching direction of the wood-based panels fields and are expected to become the substitutes of the natural high-quality big-radium structural timbers. However, at present the used raw materials are small-radium timbers and wimineous timbers with eight to sixteen centimeters pectoral radium, which lead to the large wastage of the natural wood and make it urgent to search for substitutes for the raw materials. In this study, shrubbery is selected as the raw materials which is one to three years old and the pectoral radium is among one to three centimeters, and the timber beams are obtained by fragmentation and finally produce the beamed wood-based panels by the strengthen treatment.In this paper, the development of the fasciculus beamed wood-based panels both domestically and overseas is introduced and the problems and developing trends are also involved. The shrubbery is used as substitutes for raw materials for attempting to produce timbers, which possess the advantages of extensive sources and strong ability of rebirthing. As far as the ratio stiffness and ratio strength which probably appear is concerned, the strengthened structure design is carried out and the methods of adding strengthened fibers to increase the ratio stiffness and ratio strength is used, according to the theories of strength design for the weaved composites. The test is approved that the shrubbery can be used as the raw materials for fasciculus beamed timbers and the properties of the produced wood-based panels are better than present wood-based panels; the strengthened effects of the fiber strengthened technology are obvious, which can enhance the stiffness and strength to a lager extent.
