The inner milling technic was considered the most advanced technology of processing crankshaft, getting the international scholar's extensive attention in the realm of mechanical design. The aim of this thesis was carried on the inner milling tecnic of processing crankshaft. Some aspects of inner milling crankshaft CNC machine tool, such as the basic configuration, constitutes, project and principle of tools, were introduced. And technics structure of processing crankshaft was analyzed and compared in this thesis. All the works in the thesis were guided by improving machining precision and work efficiency .The crankshaft was the most important parts in the engine, enduring the impactive load and transfering the power, and its processed quality was hard to promise among the main engine parts. So not only dimension and weight of engine, but also dependability and life of the engine were affected greatly by its structural parameter and processing technical level.In the inner milling CNC machine tool, many parts could be processed if workpiece was load and unload one time. Machining precision and work efficiency were improved at the same time. So the inner milling CNC machine tool had been widely employed to process crankshaft main journal and pin journal at home.The study of same cutting velocity to the crankshaft was researched and its mathematics model was deduced, by which the main error during processing crankshaft was analysed . The formula of design about the double lead of worm was deduced and used for the feed system of the milling machine tool successfully, after which the problem of adjusting the clearance during assembling the feed parts was solved and the machining precision was improved greatly. And in the thesis the mathematics model of unlinear contact analysis in touch with the work was deduced.According to the results of calculating the stress-strain and temperature field distribution by means of the thermal-structure double-fielded analysis presented by the FEA software ANSYS, taking the temperature as constraint condition and aiming at the critical problem of the design objections, designing the cooling device of the trunk successfully, by which the FEA method was proved feasibility perfectly during the process of design for the cooling device.
