Wood-Plastic Composite is a new-type circumstance-health compound that taking wood poeder, bamboo powder, fruit hull powder, crop straw stalk powder and plastic resin or scrap plastic as primary material, then these materials are mixed together and moulded in high temperature. This thesis has studied that the effect of both of kind and dosage of woodiness material, compatibilizing agent, coupler and processing agent in both of the configuration and performance of composite by choosing new-type Wood-Plasic Composite of PVC's compatibilizing agent and dispersant, applying in preparing high-filling woodiness material Wood-Plastic Composite, using modern analyzing testing technology and traditional test way, so to increase wood powder filling amount and improve the capability comparing to price in the precondition that pledges Wood-Plastic Composite has nicer processing performance and physic mechanical performance. Part of study production of this thesis has been applied for country invent patent.The study results of this thesis indicate:(1) In the instance of the same filling amount, comparing to use wood powder or rice chaff separately, when rice chaff and wood powder use in together in the same proportion, the compound's tensile stength, impact stength and water resistance are better, and the vicat sofftening temperature is upper.(2) Comparing to no POE-g-MAH, when the dosage of POE-g-MAH is 5 phr, both of the tensile strength and impact stength separatly improve 172% and 37.8%, the max torque, balance torque and banlancetime separately decreases 9.6, 4.3 and 33s; when the dosage is 10 phr, the tensile strength and impact strength separately improve 222.7% and 76.7%.(3) Comparing to use tilanate coupler 311W and aluminate coupler DL-2411, aluminiumtilanate coupler's modifying effect in wood powder and the synthetical performnce of composite are better.(4) The four kinds of processing auxiliary agent which take unsaturated aromatic hydrocarbon, saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon, limed soap and saturated fatty amide compound, polymer fatty acid ester emulsified resin as the principal constituent, all can enhance the dispersibility of wood powder in the basis of PVC, and improve the compatibility of the basis and the wood powder. When the amount of wood powder is bigger, the composite also has the good workability and physical mechanical capability.(5) It is discovered that the synthetical capability of PVC composite which the processing auxiliary agent modified woos powder filled is the best, by comparing to the capability of PVC composite which filled in wood powder modified by compatibilizing agent, coupler and processing auxiliary agent separately.(6) The results that using SEM tests the broken face of composite and synthetizing these testing results prove that using POE-g-MAH and four different-component processing auxiliary agents can enhance the decentralization of wood powder in the basis of PVC, modify the compatibility of the basis and the wood powder, thereby can improve the physical mechanical capability and processing capability of composite evidently.
