After 1980s, for the improving of industrialization and automatizations in industry, Such as excavate coal, mining, crashing and so on. So many machines were used widely. The rate of progress was higher and higher. The quantity of dust also got great. Especially, the quantity of the dust whose diameter is shorter than5um.these dust is very small and its BET is very great. It can be inbreathe by lung and it could diffuse widely. The adsorption and the active of chemistry are very strong. It could adsorb CO, NO_X, carcinogen and other toxicant. Dust has pertinence with lung cancer. It do harm to peoples healthy. It adsorbed air so it can not be wetted and agglomerated easily. Plus the infection of circumstance dissolute and agitation, It will float in the air for long time. It is very difficult to remove the dust from the air, so it is a great question for us.Now the way of prevention and cure with dust is fluid method, people add many measure to make the fluid bed method work. Such as magnetization and electrification, the used of ultrasonic technic and so on. According to status in quo, people used ultrasonic technic to make bead whose diameter is very short, so its interface with air would became great, and the water vapour would soon reach the saturation. So it can change the qualification of wetness, and results of the experiment were achieved as follows:1. The mechanism of cloud-physics study, aerodynamics,sadepp flow is very important in the whole dust remove process.2. Small bead can adsorb dust easier.3. The data of experimentation indicate the atomization capability of this technique is very good. There are more than 76.8% fogdrop with diameter <10μm in all of the fogdrop, so this dust-remove system could work well.4. Because both the diameter of the dust and the fogdrop are very shot, we take some measure to make the small grain collided and agglomerated.5. The data of experimentation indicate the size of the fogdrop play more important performance than the quantity of the fogdrop. 6. Compare to the traditional wetted method in removing the dust, this technique can reduce the quantity of the water. So do the charge of the equipment which used to treat the sewage.To sum up. The technique has high rate of removing the dust and it lead a way for our country in dust-removal.
