Dust pollution treatments in the process of drilling gas drainage holes,is an important element of the mine dust pollution treatments. The proposed ultrasonic atomization dust extraction technology provide new way of thinking and methods for the extracting coal face dust removal technology. Based on the information at home and abroad and the on-site investigation ,this paper studied the dust removal technology using ultrasonic atomization on the basis of theoretical analysis, laboratory tests, numerical simulation and field practice, and several other areas.Ultrasonic atomization technology is a new dust removal technology. The principle of it is producing ultrasound from appling the compressed air to shock the resonant cavity ,then the ultrasound atomizing the water to dense micro-droplet and the diameter of it only 1 ~ 50μm, the droplet in the partical confined producing dust point capture an condensation the dust .so it can sedimentation the dust rapidly and repress the dust in a snap.The paper using the FLUENT computational fluid dynamics software simulated removing the dust by ultrasonic atomization. Research the appliment of the FLUENT numerical software in the precipitator, establish the suitable mathematical-physical model for the software , structure the equation and boundary conditions suitable for the software solving. With this FLUENT software to do numerical calculation for the complex mathematical models in the theory of precipitator , then demonstrated it in the form of graphics directly ,and achive the concentration distribution rule of the dust particles in the precipitator. The paper also studied the three-dimension distribution law of the dust concentration generated in the process of drilling gas drainage holes . Ultrasonic Atomization precipitator has the advantages of simple installation, high performance in dust removal, good actual results, and low water consumption, reduce the water pollution of the workplace. Ultrasonic Atomization precipitator has small amount of maintenance simple, easier maintenance ,low cost, high-value, long life.At the same time ultrasonic atomization precipitator technology has a good application and extention value.this technology is sutable for the broken,screening and conveying belt transit point of the industrial raw materials system which is a producing dust point of high dust content and dust cloud raising over .
