| Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is one of key techniques. It is the real-time MIS and production management techniques originated for workshop. The status of the MES which emphasizes the ability of execution about the manufacture planning is between ERP and rock-bottom Process Control System (PCS).The tool is a kind of important resource in the manufacture process. The cost of tool usually account for 5% in the total cost. And the cost of the storing, preparation, regrinding and so on reaches to 12% usually. With the popularization of the numerical control machines, the rate will be developed more. So, the reasonable utilization of the tool and the level of the management not only impact the cost of manufacture, but also influence the ability of the execution about MES.However, current ERP ignored the analysis of the requirement, reasonable utilization and scientific management for tool about enterprise. And the storage theory and the research about storage model in the past ERP didn't involve storage model for tool. To sum up the above arguments, the main contributions of this thesis include:1. Research the three layer structure, the function of the child system and relation about the current ERP/MES/PCS and construct an overall framework of the system originated for MES.2. The overall function of the tool management system is researched with the techniques of OOP (Object Oriented Programming) and modeling tool with UML.3. The coding system, the storage model of the tool and the method to forecast the life of tool based on SVM are researched in the environment of CAPP, sport data collection System and quality management System.4. The kernel modules of the tool management system which include modules of essential information management about tool, modules of tool's automatic configuration, modules to forecast the life of the tool are contrived based on CAPP, spot data collection System and quality management system. |
