The paper, combining the 3116 island coal face of Yuan zhuang coal mine, has donethe research to this island coal pillar safe mining and roadway supporting technology.Through FLAC2D establishment mining model of island coal face, the paper analyzes stressfield and displacement field change and influence in island coal pillar mining course;According to island coal pillar numerical simulation result, the geological condition and themining characteristic of the 3116 island coal face, proposed four mining plans: roadway andpillar mining, big aperture drilling machine mining, auger coal mining method and deephole concussion blasting depressurized mining. Through four plan analysis comparisons onadvantage and disadvantage, finally determine the auger coal mining method; Thensimulate the process of gradually excavating and supporting of island coal pillar gateway byFLAC3D, analyze the change of roadway surrounding rock stress and displacement inexcavated process, prove the rationality of gateway supporting parameter; Finally the paperutilizes elasticity mechanics knowledge, obtains the island coal pillar abutment pressure anypoint stress solution under the floor and educes the compression bending adjoin stressformula when roadway occurs floor heave, the paper carries on the reinforcement and repairnumerical simulation to floor chamber by FLAC2D, optimizes its supporting form andstructure parameter. All this provide the theory reference for safe mining of the island coalpillar, establish theory base, and have certain instruction function.
