Metallophthalocyanine complexes are a class of synthetic compounds, which consists of macrocyclic tetraazaporphyrin structure. Because of its structural similarity to the active center of cytochrome P-450, many metallophthalocyanine complexes and polymer metallophthalocyanine complexes have been prepared and researched in catalytic fields. In this thesis, a series of polymer metallophthalocyanine and Schiff base or crown ether metal complexes were prepared with interfacial polymerization. Their catalytic activity were also investigated. In chapter 1, metallophthalocyanine's structure, character and catalytic activity were introduced, and preparation and application of polymer metallophthalocyanine's were also submitted. In chapter 2, polymer Schiff-base cobalt and copper phthalocyanine complex (PSalenCo-PcCu) was prepared with interfacial polymerization for the first time. They were characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis and TG-DTA. Then, cumene was employed to measured its catalytic activity under dioxygen atmosphere. It showed that PSalenCo-PcCu had higher catalytic activity: the oxidation products of cumene were 2-phenyl-2-propyl (PP) and cumene hydroperoxide (CHP). The total selectivity was about to 95%. The polymer catalyst can be reused for five times. In chapter 3, polymer Schiff-base manganese and phthalocyanine cobalt and copper complex (PSalenMn-PPcCoCu) were prepared with interfacial polymerization and characterized. It was found the best reactive condition are as following: reaction temperature was 100℃, the ratio of catalyst to cumene was 1.5 mg /2 mL, and a little pyridine can promote this catalytic oxidation process. In chapter 4, polymer crown ether sodium and phthalocyanine copper complex (P-BsdB18C6-Pc(Cu-Na)) was also prepared and characterized in above methods. Its catalytic activity was also studieded by catalytic oxidation of cumene with molecular oxygen. In conclusion, these polymer polymer metallophthalocyanine and Schiff base or crown ether metal complexes have been prepared and showed good catalytic activity. They are a very promising polymer catalyst.
