This dissertation was financially supported by Henan Province Elitist Innovation Fund.In this work,the cheap and facile molecular oxygen was used as oxidant, and the cyclohexene from Shen Ma Group was used as crude material.The process of synthesizing cyclohexenone under high pressure was studied,which included twoimportant process.....the preparation and selection of catalysts and the optimizationof synthetic techonological conditions.Salen and Salophen,two kinds of Schiff ligands were prepared.Then,four sorts of transitional metal complexes were synthesized,which were analyzed by DTA-TGA and FT-IR.The results suggested they had the Schiff structure.After that,at the same reaction conditions,the Schiff metal complexes were used in the epoxidation of cyclohexene,and MnSalophen was proved with better catalytic activity and selectivity.The selected MnSalophen complexe was attached to different supports by ion exchange method.And the MnSalophen/Al2O3 catalyst showed better catalytic effect in the epoxidation of cyclohexene. The affection of contents of Mn ion and the repeated use of the catalyst were also investigated. The result indicated ,the catalyst performed high activity when the content of Mn ion was 0.25%. In addition, the catalyst still showed high catalytic activity and selectivity after being recycled 4 times.The process conditions concerning the synthesis of cyclohexenone were studied. And we discussed the effect of many factors.Then,the orthognol experiments were used to ascertain the main order of different factors to the effect of product yield,at the same time,the optimized reaction conditions were also attained: reaction temperature 95°C , reaction 8 hours,reaction pressure 1.5Mpa,dosage of MnSaIophen/Al2O3 55mg.In this conditon,the selectivity of cyclohexenone was 66.64%,and the yield could reach 48.05%,which exceeded the present literature.
