The article studied the appliance prospect and methods of the sugar cane tip whichGuangxi superiority resources, have more benefit synthesis process according to the nature ofthe sugar cane tip, separated and withdraw the amino acid from the sugar cane tip, and simpleintroduction the research of domestic and foreign at present. Take the juice of sugar cane tipas the raw material, withdraw and separated five kind of sole amino acid include thephenylalanine,the tyrosine, the histi-dine, the lysine and the arginine, adopts the methods suchas membrane filtration, adsorption,ion exchange and so on. The research content includes: thejuice of sugar cane tip earlier pretreatment; decolorization of the juice of sugar cane tip;Activated charcoal by adsorption pheny of the phenylalanine and the tyrosine; alkalinityamino acid adsorped by Ion exchange; Summaried the test result.The main test result as follows:1. According to the nature of physics and chemistry of the juice of sugar cane tip, afterchoped the sugar cane tip, squeezed the juice, the filters or the heated according to theexperimental need, removed the macro-moleculeim purity and carried on the NF processing,further removed the impurity.2. Decolorized by the activated charcoal for adsorption of the juice of sugar cane tip,separately determined four influences factors of the pH value, of the activated charcoalamount, of the adsorption time and of the heating temperature.First carried on the singlefactor experiments and selected the better value scope. Then carried on the orthogonalexperiments, according to the influence factor arrangement of the decolorization for the pHvalue is 4.0, heated temperatures is 80 ~C, the activated charcoal amount used is 4g/100ml,the decolorization time is 75min. Further confirm the test result with the response surface methodology, activated charcoal amount and the decolorization time in the certain condition,the best pH value is 3.22, the heated temperature is 77.8℃.3. Using activated charcoal adsorbs the phenylalanine and the tyrosine, separatelydetermined four influences factors of the activated charcoal amount, the pH value as well asthe static adsorption and the dynamic adsorption, the effect of the dynamic adsorption isbetter than the static adsorption; Then select the optimum condition of the experiment whichearring on eluted amino acid from the activated charcoal with using ammonia and theethylalcohol. 1.5mol/L ammonia get the better effect for the tyrosine as well as 60%ethyl alcoholfor the phenylalanine. Crystallizd for the phenylalanine and the tyrosine from the solution andseparated two kinds of amino acid.4. With the ion exchange adsorption separation alkalinity amino acid, first determinedthe capacity of resin, carried on the ion exchange experiment and used ammonia elute thealkalinity amino acid; Then the experiment with the different speed of flow adsorption,theeffect of purity of the amino acid is higher in 1 mL/min ammonia; Finally respectively elutesthe amino acid by five kinds of solvent, compared with the effect, NHaCOOH is the best one.
