Potted plant test of Eucalyptus urophylla,Acacia mangium,Ficus microcorpa,Cinnamomumburmanni,Canna indica and Iris tectorum had been carried out in greenhouse, adopting sewage-irrigationand sludge-planting. Its content included that the study on the change of net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, chlorophyll content, biomass, incrementand leaf area of experimented plants, and changeof contents of mineral nutrition and heavy metal of experimented plants, and change of physico-chemicalproperties and heavy metal content of experimented soil. The result showed as follow:(1) Compared with control, the net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, biomass and increment ofEucalyptus urophylla,Acacia mangium,Ficus microcorpa and Canna indica increased on the differentdegree. In contrary, above index of Cinnamomum burmanni decreased. When planted by sludge,Eucalyptus urophylla and Ficus microcorpa planted by half sludge and total sludge died entirely, Acaciamangium planted by total sludge did not survive, but Acacia mangium planted by half sludge was eugenic, and the content of every index increased markedly. The content of every index of Canna indica planted bytotal sludge increased markedly. The content of every index of Cinnamomum burmanni and Iris tectorumplanted by half sludge decreased markedly, the growth was restrained, and Cinnamomum burmanni and Iristectorum planted by total sludge died.(2) After treated by municipal sewage sludge, compare with control of Acacia mangium, the total N,total Zn and total Mn content of each treatment presented up-trend; the content of total K,total P,Cu andFe was the most under treated with half sewage, and decreased under treated with total sewage and halfsludge; the Cd content of over-ground part was trace, the Cd content of under-ground part presentedup-trend under treated with half sewage, total sewage and half sludge; the Pb content of over-ground parttreated with half sewage, total sewage and half sludge decreased compared with control, the Pb content of under-ground was in contrary. The content of mineral nutrition of Canna indica treated with half sewage, total sewage and total sludge presented up-trend by and large, only Fe content of over-ground partpresented down-trend; Compared with control, the content of CA of over-ground of Canna indica treatedwith half sewage and total sewage decreased, and increased under treated with total sludge. The content ofCd of under-ground of Canna indica treated with half sewage decreased, and increased under treated withtotal sewage and total sludge; Compared with control, The content of Pb of over-ground of Canna indicatreated with half sewage, total sewage and total sludge decreased, and The content of Pb of under-groundof Canna indica treated with half sewage decreased, and increased greatly under treated with total sewageand total sludge.(3) Soil porosity augmented along with increase of sewage concentration, in contrast, Soil bulk densityfell. To some extent, soil pH value decreased and organic matter content increased. After irrigated bysewage, the total N content of soil, in which every species wrer planted, was one by one in order: Ficusmicrocorpa>Acacia mangium>Cinnamomum burmanni>Eucalyptus urophylla>Canna indica; theeffective K content was as follow: Eucalyptus urophylla>Acacia mangium>Ficus microcorpa>Cinnamomum burmanni>Canna indica; the effective P content was as follow: Cinnamomum burmanni>Canna indica>Eucalyptus urophylla>Acacia mangium>Ficus microcorpa. Treated by half sludge, thetotal N content of soil, in which every species wrer planted, was one by one in order: Acacia mangium>Iris tectorum>Cinnamomum burmanni; the effective K content was as follow: Acacia mangiura>Iristectorum>Cinnamomum burmanni; the effective P content was as follow: Iris tectorum>Cinnamomumburmanni>Acacia mangium. After dealed with sewage and sludge, the Pb content of soils,in which Acaciamangiura and Canna indica were planted, were accordant with the secondary standard of national soilenvironmental quality; Except for Cd content of soil, in which Canna indica were planted, was exceed theatandard, others were accordant with the third-class standard.
