The paper was divided into seven parts:Part one Fleetly Determination of chromium(â…¢) in water by Fluorimetric Quenching MethodFluorescence reagent Salicylic aldehyde thiosemicarbazone was synthesized. Salicylic aldehyde thiosemicarbazone was quenched by Cr(â…¢) in medium of ammonium chloride and ammonia , the degrees of quenching increases along with the content of nitrite ion increases .A method based on fluorescence quenching for determination of trace Cr(â…¢) was proposed .The detection limit was 12.3ug/L and the linear range of determination is 20.0~220.0ug /L.The proposed method is simple and highly sensitive for determination of trace Cr(â…¢) in water samples of industrial, water supply and well.Part two Studies on Fluorimetric Quenching Reaction between Cuprum and Spectrofluorimetric Reagent Salicylic Aldehyde ThiosemicarbazoneSalicylic aldehyde thiosemicarbazone was quenched by cuprum ion in medium of ammonium chloride and ammonia , the degree of quenching increases along with the content of cuprum ion increases .A method based on fluorescence quenching for determination of trace cuprum was proposed .The detection limit was 1.2 ug/L and the linear range of determination is 0.0~200.0ug /L.The proposed method is simple and highly sensitive for determination of trace cuprum in table-water, water supply and people's hair.Part three Fleetly Determination of Trace Nitrite by Fluorimetric Quenching MethodFluorescence reagent Salicylic aldehyde thiosemicarbazone was synthesized. Salicylic aldehyde thiosemicarbazone was quenched by nitrite ion in medium of sodium dihydrogen phosphateand natrium oxyhydrogen, the degrees of quenching increases along with the content of nitrite ion increases .A method based on fluorescence quenching for determination of trace nitrite ion was proposed .The detection limit was 12.3ug/L and the linear range of determination is 25~160ug /L. The relative standard deviation ( n = 11,Ï= 0.1mg/ L) is1.73 %.The proposed method is simple and highly sensitive for determination of trace nitrite ion in water samples of industrial, water supply and well.Part four Fluorophotometric Determination of Micro-amounts of Sulfides in Environmental WaterFluorescence reagent Salicylic aldehyde thiosemicarbazone was quenched by sulfide in medium of ammonium chloride and ammonia , the degrees of quenching increases along with the content of sulfide ion increases .A method based on fluorescence quenching for determination of trace sulfide was proposed .The detection limit was 6.7μg/L and the linear range of determination is 20~440μg/L.The mple and highproposed method is sily sensitive for determination of trace sulfide in water samples of industrial, water supply and well.Part five Synthesis and studies on fluorimetric reaction between zinc and spectrofluorimetric reagent Salicylaldehyde-o-Aminophenole Fluorescence reagent Salicylaldehyde-o-Aminophenol was synthesized. in the buffer solution medium of urotropine and hydrochloric acid this reagent can form coordination compound with zinc that make fluorescent intensity increase. the degrees of fluorescent intensity accretion along with the content of zinc increases. based on this ,a new direct method for the determination of trace Zn (â…¡) was established. Discuss the effect of concomitant ion.The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths are found to be 405nm and 517nm, respectively. The linear range of determination is 0.7-158.0μg/L. The standard zinc solution (100ug/L)was parallel determined for eleven, RSD is1.98%, the detection limit is 0.23ug/L. This method has been applied to the determination of trace Zn(â…¡) in water with satisfactory results.Part six Synthesis and studies on fluorimetric reaction between plumbum and spectrofluorimetric reagent Salicylaldehyde-o-AminophenoleFluorescence reagent Salicylaldehyde-o-Aminophenol was synthesized. In the buffer solution medium of ammonium chloride and ammonia, Salicylaldehyde-o- Aminophenol fluorescent intensity was increased by plumbum ion ,and the degrees of fluorescent intensity accretion along with the content of plumbum ion increases.A direct fluorescence analytical method was proposed to determine the trace plumbum ion .On optimalλex/λem=386/502nm,The detection limit was 1.62 ug/L and the linear range of determination is 0.00~200.0ug/L. The proposed method is simple and highly sensitive. It has been applied to the determination of plumbumâ…¡in the waste water of storage battery and the results determined by this method is agreed with those by atomic absorption spect rometry.Good result has been.Part seven Synthesis and studies on Determination of copper(II)with Functionalized CdS NanoparticlesCdS nanoparticles were synthesized and modified with mercaptoacetic acid .A fluorescence quenching method has been developed for rapid determination of trace copper II with functionalized CdS as a fluorescence probe ,based on the fluorescence quenching of functionalized CdS when copper ion was added . Under the optimal conditions with maximum excitation and emission wavelength at 450nm and 674nm respectively ,the response is linearly proportional to the concentration of copper II ion from 0.0-108.0μg /L , The detection limit was 0.12 ug/L .The proposed method is simple and highly sensitive for determination of trace cuprum II in environmental water and people's hair. the result is contentment. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Fluorescence quenching, Fluorescence increasing, Salicylic aldehydet hiosemicarbazone, Salicylaldehyde-o-Aminophenol, cadmium sulfide, nanoparticles, chromium(â…¢), nitrite, sulfide copper zinc plumbum ion | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
