Due to the unique structure and many excellent performance of metal sulfide, they havebeen applied widely in photocatalysis, luminescent materials, sensor, and other fields.Graphite oxide which is obtained by depth oxidation of graphite belongs to two-dimensional,and contains a large number of polar groups, such as C=O,—OH,—COOH. In order toimprove the photocatalytic activity of metal sulfides, we improve the agglomeration of metalsulfides, dispersibility, and specific surface area of composite materials by combininggraphite oxide with metal sulfides. Porphyrin which is a kind of biomimetic catalyst canactivate the molecular oxygen effectively. It can improve its photocatalytic activity, because itcan improve the metal sulfide to absorb visible light after it combines with metal sulfide.First, we prepare In2S3by hydrothermal synthetic method. Then, we investigate theeffects of synthesis sulfur source, solvent, and temperature on the structure of In2S3. Ourstudy shows that we can obtain the best product under the reaction condition of distilled water,160℃,24h. We have successfully synthetized different content of graphene oxide load In2S3by hydrothermal synthetic method under the reaction condition, and have tested thephotocatalytic activity of products. So, to summarize all the analysis result, we can conjecturethat the photocatalytic activity In2S3-G is better than In2S3.We use ethylenediamine as solvent to prepared CdS nanorod under the reactioncondition of synthetize In2S3-G, and investigate the effects of synthesis sulfur source, solventon the morphology of CdS. Our study indicates that CdS-G(2.5) on the photocatalyticdegradation of dyes is up to99%after60minutes. Hence the photocatalytic degradation ofdyes of CdS-G(2.5) is better than CdS in visible light. And we have synthetized ZnS-G inethanol and distilled water. Our study shows that the photocatalytic degradation of dyes ofZnS-G is better than ZnS in ultraviolet light.We use DMF as solvent to loaded TCPP on In2S3and CdS by reflux reaction,respectively. The photocatalytic degradation of dyes of In2S3and CdS improve significantlyafter combining with TCPP in visible light.
