The silk cloth has the quality of excellent handle, tendency, polish and especial silk ring. It also has the eminent character of moisture absorption, pliability and comfortable wearing. Further more it has definite nature of health protection. Therefore it is a quite gentler and gorgeous material. But the character of corrugation limits its application. At the same time, along with the enhance of man's matter life, the problem of zoology and exuberance already become the focus of man's attention at large. So the research to zoology and exuberance in fabric already becomes very popular. Thereby many researchers untiringly pursue the finishing of anti-wrinkle and anti-bacterium on silk fabric.This paper makes some researches in order to improve these capabilities. The performances of anti-wrinkle and anti-bacterium obtain great amelioration after finishing. The silk fabrics became much more excellent.This paper first studies that the silk fabrics are engrafted with acryl amide monomer by the radiation of 60Co-γradial, and then explores that the principle of graft rate was influenced by factors of radiation dose, monomer concentration and pH value. Radiation dose, monomer concentration and pH value are discussed as the main affected factors (every factor has three level).At the same time, take the wrinkle recover angle, capability of breakage strength and degree of white as check target, design the orthogonal experiments and find the optimal coordinate techniques of graft as follow: radiation dose of 40 KGy, monomer concentration of 30%, pH value of 6. The wrinkle recover angle enhance about 20%, capability of breakage strength and white degree descend in some sort on silk fabrics after grafting. Acryl amide monomer has been engrafted with silk fabrics by the explanation of IR,XPS,X-radial and SEM.After grafting treatment to silk fabrics, the cooperated techniques between chitosan and citric acid clean up the silk fabrics again using Sodium hypophosphite as activator. Graft rate, chitosan concentration, citric acid concentration and activator dosage are discussed as the main affected factors (every factor has three levels). At the same time, take the wrinkle recover angle, capability of breakage strength and white degree as check target, design the orthogonal experiments and find the optimal coordinate techniques of graft as follow: graft rate of 8.1%, citric acid concentration of 3%, and chitosan concentration of 0.25% and activator dosage of 4%.Through twice finishing, the advance rate on silk fabric's wrinkle recover angle reaches 34.4%; the preserving rate of rupture mightiness achieves 68.4%; the holding rate of white degree acts 91.6%,the rate of anti-E.coli and Stap.aureus is 93% upwards; the rate of anti-C.albicans is about 77.6% with a little feebleness.
