In this paper the technology of the sand-filtration-IBACF (immobilized bioactive carbon fiber) was selected to dispose dietetic wastewater. Thus, the disposal effects can be assessed through the four important indexes: turbidity, oil, CODcr and UV254. And it can be monitored by fixing acclimated preponderant bacterium to the IBACF column. The technological process is: the dietetic waste water was aerated after sand filtration. Then the water was fixed on the IBACF column to menstruate the water indexes. The optimal conditions: The sand filtration speed is 45ml/min;the height of the sand filtration is 25cm; the HRT of IBACF is 30min; the height of the IBACF column is 40cm; DO in the water that filling in IBACF is 3 mg/l; pH of the water is 8.The removing rate of sand filtration-IBACF to COD is 46%93%, average 80%, in which the sand filtration fraction is 30%75%, average 55% and the IBACF fraction is 23%85%, average 56%. The removing rate of the technology to turbidity is 31%95%, average 68%, in which the IBACF fraction is 5%90%, average 45%. To UV254 is 10%92%, average 62%, in which the sand filtration fraction is 2%84%, average 41%. To oil is 86%95%, average 90%, in which the sand filtration fraction is 57%78%, average 41%, and the IBACF fraction is 42%81%, average 69%.
