Cadmium is toxicity and transferred, it can be a pollution source when it is given out with industrial garbage. Pollution of cadmium is devastating to ecosystem and can decrease biomass and propagation especially. This paper researched cabbage of Cruciferae colewort by planting cabbage in soils which were polluted by cadmium of different concentration. We analyzed poison of cabbage which was polluted by cadmiums in different concentration by using OCT machine system to measure cabbage lamina and observing physical change of fabric of cabbage, and confirmed the characteristic of Cadmium circulation of supergenic geochemistry accordingly.By observing token character, it is obvious that the lower concentration cadmium can improve growth of cabbage and cadmium can restrain metabolize of cabbage. More ever photosynthesis and respiration was affected, and it affected water transference in cell and made plant died quickly finally. By using OCT machine to measure cabbage lamina, it concluded that absorption to light of cabbage reduced and light penetration increased in according to figure of plant growth. It showed that accumulation of cadmium affected plant surface layer so that it reduced water in plant and damaged light penetration of cell. When cadmium concentration is lower than 25mg/kg, datum of OCT will decrease day by day and water in plant will increase and cell will be stronger enough to absorb more light. It illuminated that growth of plant will be accelerate when cadmium concentration is lower than 25mg/kg. When cadmium concentration reaches 100mg/kg datum of OCT will be stable. It explains that 100mg/kg is a critical concentration. At this time cabbage will not be damaged. If sample concentration is between 150-250mg/kg, datum of OCT will increase day by day. It shows that cadmium will do harm to plant at this time.By researching the growth of cabbage which is polluted by cadmium in different concentration, it concludes that the accumulation of cadmium can affect cabbage. In the same time, this paper also supplies a reasonable and efficiency measure to father and renovate pollution of heavy metal ion.
