For improving properties of compound system, four grafting copolymer are used for modification of composites in the article. Since late 1970s, polymer alloys have been the important way of developing new type of polymer material. When polymer blend, it has three conditions. For example, first is the system of completely compatible, second is the system of partially compatible and the last is the system of completely incompatible. General is partially compatible for complex system in polymer alloys, but in all polymer alloys, only a sections is a completely compatible or partially compatible. Other polymer alloys are completely incompatible, so we must resolve the polymer alloys of compatibilization for fabricating polymer alloys of excellent performance. The article adopt four graft copolymers which are used for compatilizer to improve compatibleness of PP/PA6 blend. Study on effect of grafting copolymer to process of polypropylene/polyamide blend, at the same time, discussing graft copolymer to effect of microstructure of polypropylene/polyamide blend. The results show that PP/PA6 is a distinct two-phase in compatible blending system in thermodynamics. Adding graft copolymer, its compatibility is greatly improved and the dispersed phase size is reduced and degree of dispersion is improved. Meanwhile, performance of PP/PA6 blend is meliorated For combination system of polypropylene/wood flour, research the effect of the content of wood flour and the grafted percents of grafting copolymer on the mechanical properties of composites. Results show that the mechanical properties of composites reducing as the content of the wood flour increasing, but it didn't change a lot later. The grafted percents of grafting copolymer also influenced the mechanical properties of the composites. The grafting copolymer of high grafted percents had lower stretch intension but better impact intension. That was all attributed to low intension of the graft. Different kinds of processing technology were also researched, results show that injection molding is better than compression molding. For complex system of PP/GF, study on the effect of mechanical properties of complex system for four grafting copolymer, at the same time discussing effect of compound system properties in change of grafting ratio.
