This Paper established a kind of guidance estimation system for CPVC factories via researching the molecular weight and distribution of CPVC, chloride content, micro morphology of CPVC particles and the relationship between these performance and procession property. The effect of factors in the direction to the procession property of CPVC was checked by using Brabender torsion rheometer. The effect of process technics to the direction, including procession temperature and the rate of instrument, were also studied.Though the research mentioned above, we have explored the direction, the procession conditions and the shortest plastic time of CPVC. Our work shows that the compound of stabilized system in which thulium is dominant is much better than that thiol tin is dominant. The processing property can be improved by adding suitable amount of amendment reagents which can also lead to a rapid plastic process of the system. A smart amount of inner lubricate can enhance the plastic of the system.By studying the process conditions, it is found that CPVC starts plastic at 175℃and its suitable procession temperature is 175-195℃in the presence of compound of stabilized system in which thulium is dominant.
