Because of the great properties of oil, acid and alkali resistant, excellent electrical properties and good light admitting quality Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is widely used in industries, as one of the largest production of general plastics. Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), which is made bye further chlorinating polyvinyl chloride (PVC), is an important modification of PVC products.PECHs are synthesized on this study as plasticizers to plasticize chlorinated poly (vinyl chloride) (CPVC). The blends of different CPVC/PECH ratios were mixed by mechanical ways, and characterized by Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) with the glass transition temperature, molecule weight and the effect of different ratios of PECH in the blends.Studies have found that the three kinds of PECH molecular weights of the plasticized best in 1910, compared with the proportion of through the mass fraction of PECH blends with CPVC, found that 20% of the ideal ratio of PECH. In the blend by adding dibutyltin dilaurate can significantly improve the CPVC/PECH blends thermal stability. The glass transition temperatures of the samples were characterized by Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA), the effect of plasticizers of PECH depends upon the glass transition temperatures of the blends mainly.
