With attention and vigorous investment by the government on water environment, it has made research on the relationship between the fluent movement and change of water environment increasingly important. To this end, government has found the need to use numerical simulation for the analysis of the transformation between the flow and the water quality in contextual framework. .At present researches mostly focus on lake,reservoir and less attention on River-like reservoir anabranch of reservoirs.In view of this, the purpose of this paper is to study the eutrophication of River-like reservoir anabranch of reservoirs on actual project by applying one-dimensional eutrophication model to Xiangxi River of Three Gorges reservoir branch.In this study, St.venant equation was adopted to build one-dimensional hydrodynamic numerical model for the computation of the needed flow condition for one-dimensional eutrophication model. The eutrophication model is Studied the space distribution and the change law following time of chla , TN , TP. To enhance the simulation and analysis of model feasibility, the governing equation was coupled by combining the actual data. Analysis of the influence of the hydrodynamic condition on algal bloom (growth) is also looked into, and have reached a series of meaningful conclusion: (1)the numerica result for Xiangxi River of Three Gorges reservoir Branch indicats that the numerical simulation is fine ,and has testified that eutrophication model can simulate the distribution of eutrophication factors in water body;(2)Ignoring an impact of the hydrodynamic condition over algal birthrate,it can be carried out in the slow flow velocity area such as lake , reservoir, but in the runway and transition area, the flow velocity is rapid and as such the influence is big; (3)In order to analyze the influence of the hydrodynamic condition on algal birthrate , the boundary condition of backward position is changed by adjusting reservoir, which explained that adjusting reservoir can prevent the water environment and ameliorate the water quality.
