Objective: This study was aimed to evaluate the biocompatibilityand performance of MIM skidproof 316L stainless steel coelioscopetissular and vascular clamp, and lay the theoretical foundation ofclinical application of MIM skidproof coelioscope tissular and vascularclamp.Methods: (1) The samples of skidproof 316L stainless steelcoelioscope tissular and vascular clamp were prepared by MIM andstudied; (2) The cytotoxicity of samples was evaluated by thepercentage of S-period cells changes after L929 cells being incubatedwith extraction of the samples, titanium materials for clinicalapplication were used as control. (3) The genetoxic of samples wasevaluated by medullary micronucleus frequency after the extraction ofsamples being injected into mice; (4) The histocompatibility of sampleswas evaluated by histopathological technology after the samples beingimplanted in young swines.Results: (1) The samples of skidproof 316L stainless steel coelio-scope tissular and vascular clamp had good mechanical properties andhigh density (7.8g·cm-3); The samples had about the same poremorphology, the pores were of small size, round shape and uniformdistribution; the grains were of near-sphericalshape with smoothboundary. (2) Compared with the control group, the percentage ofS-period cells of test group was 49.86±3.28%after L929 cells beingincubated with the extraction of samples, the statistical analysis shownthat there were no significant differences between two groups(P>0.05);(3) After the extraction of samples being injected into mice, medullarymicronucleus frequency of bone marrow was 1.3±0.8‰, the statisticalanalysis shown that there were no significant differences between testgroup and control group (P>0.05); (4) The samples could clamp firmlytissue, and there were poor inflammatory reactions after the samplesbeing implanted in animals.Conclusion: The samples of skidproof 316L stainless steelcoelioscope tissular and vascular clamp have good performance; thesamples have no cytotoxicity and no genetoxic but favourablehistocompatibility. In conclusion, these kinds of samples have goodbiocompatibility and value of clinical application. |
