Ultrafine Cobalt powder was applied in the horniness alloy and magnetic composit materials. Good ultrafine Cobalt powder dispersive stability could enhance the property of materials. After researched the preparation of ultrafine Cobalt powder by the ultrasonic method could find a huge applied foreground way.First, this research in the environment of 60℃, pH=2.5-3.5, adopt the devotion type ultrasonic plank with the power of 360W to electrolyse CoC12 aquas in different concentration in the water. In the way of change the current density and concentration to get the rule of the curmet density to the ultrofine cobalt powder size; Second, adopt the different volume percentage of 0.1 mol/L of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) aqua and 5 g/L glutin aqua as the dispersant, according to the design of current density and concentration, to get the influence of dispersant; Third, analysed the dispersants how to influence the dispersive stability; Last, Discussed the separation method of the ultrafine cobalt powder and the powder conservation in the process of manage the powder. Use the cobalt powder dispersed in the E51 to make the magnetic composit materials and measure the magnetic property. The study adopted the XRD,the laser degree analysis, microimage analysis etc. tested physical compose,degree and the dispersive state in micro circumstance.The study of the current density and concentration showed appropriate current density and concentration could keep the D50 below 1μm; Compared the two dispersants that use the lvo1% SDS dispersant in the current density of 160 mA/cm2 could obtain the minimum D50=0.72μm; Analysed the influence of ultrafine cobalt powder stability in two dispersants, the time-size trend could show that glutin dispersant can keep the dispersive state effectively.The result of Co powder/E51 composit materials inductance measurement showed in the low frequency the dispersive effectively has large influence; with the frequency increased the inductance has little change, different proportional composit materials have a few changes in inductance.
