Chongqing is one of the famous heavy acid rain area in southwest region of our country, the sources of energy consumption gives first place to fire coal and the coal type is mainly high sulfur, in which the sulfur component is averagely about 3.5%, so in atmosphere the SO2 concentration sticks at a high level.Since the "clean energy " project has been carried into execution, the SO2 concentration comes down obviously, but the pollution situation still allow of no optimism, having become the important obstacle restricting economic growth.Based on the 2005 polluter investigating data of Chongqing , using the atmosphere diffusing model ADMS-Urban to carry out a simulation to the main urban district concentration field and combining the the automatic station monitor data from year 2000 to 2006,the thesis gives an analysis on the features of spatial-temporal continuum distribution of SO2 in the main urban district of Chongqing.Followed is the main conclusion that thesis has got:â‘ The features of concentration distribution of SO2 and source analysisTo temporal continuum distribution, the point source,face source and civil face source assume the "V" shape in hour of value change,that is low concentration in the daytime and high in the evening;Yearly equal day value assumes multimodal distribution, industry point source contribution is maximal in three kinds sources; Monitoring and simulating result show that, one and four quarter of in main urban district the concentration of SO2 is higher in one and four quarter, but in the two , three quarter lower.To space change , results display that high concentration area distributes Da Du Kou and Banan district between Zhongliang mountain and Nan mountain mainly.Judging from contribution of the three kinds sources to SO2 value, the point source is maximum , civil face source secondary and the industrial face source is minimal; But judging from contribution of the unit discharge of different source, civil face source is first,and secondary is industrial face source,point source is lowest.â‘¡Primary reasons for SO2 pollutionThe pollution of SO2 is by the comprehensive influences of great quantity of discharge,badly diffusing condition, energy supplying structure and industrial layout, peripheral region, environmental intendance,and so on. â‘¢Total amount controlBased on the environment capacity model of the maximum environment capacity scheme,the environment capacity of SO2 is calculated according to three scenes,the total amount control target and the assignment scheme are confirmed by the contrastive analysis of the three scenes.â‘£Countermeasures for control of SO2 pollutionAccording to the character of Chongqing, the thesis puts forward its countermeasures for control from such aspects as environmental management, enforcement of law for environment,project father,energy resources structure,industry layout, monitoring and controlling system construction, environmental propaganda and education.
