Research On Magnetostrictive Material And Detector

This paper has researched characteristics of magnetostrictive material and displacement detector at room temperature and high temperature, This will provide preparation for magnetostrictive material and magnetostrictive displacement detector` application .This paper has studied and designed high temperature and big magnetostriction material, and the material has high Curie temperature (Tc=366.3℃) and big saturated magnetostrictive coefficient (λ_s=28×10^-6) .The magnetostrictive displacement detector made by the material can work under high temperature environment(300℃) , and has highly reliability.The main work accomplished can be summed up as the following:①High temperature and big magnetostrictive coefficient magnetostrictive material is designed in this paper,and magnetostrictive material is made.②High temperature characteristic,heat physics characteristic of magnetostrictive material are researched. Product technique,heat treatment technique,magnetic characteristic,curie temperature of magnetostrictive material are researched also. Heat aging treatment of magnetostrictive material are researched in this paper.③High temperature magnet used by magnetostrictive displacement detector is researched. Heat age treatment of high temperature magnet are researched in this paper.④Structure,prompt circuit and treatment circuit of magnetostrictive displacement detector are researched.⑤Linearity,temperature compensate and anti-disturb of magnetostrictive displacement detector are researched.⑥Characteristic of magnetostrictive displacement detector in distinguish ratio,repetitious,temperature coefficient are researched.⑦Dependable characteristic of the displacement detector are researched.The research of this article has provided Support for high temperature application and the development of magnetostrictive material,specially has the important significance in the magnetostrictive displacement detector high temperature research and development.
