| Rotary atomizing technology turns the liquid into micro-droplet by rotary equipment. The core equipment is rotary atomizer, which uses a high speed motor to drive the spraying disk rotating in very high speed. The suspending or milk material spurt out of the special nozzle on the spraying disk by the strong centrifugal force, consequently the material is atomized into micro-droplet with diameter in several tens of microns. After atomization, the micro-droplet obtains big surface/volume ratio, which favors the heat and mass transferring among different components during chemical interaction.Rotary atomizer is widely used in fields of chemical industry, pharmacy, foodstuff and environment protection. In field of atmosphere pollution prevention, the rotary atomizer is used to desulfate flue gas in power plant or refuse incineration plant. With the boom of domestic waste-to-energy industry and the wide construction of domestic refuse incineration plant in recent years, the rotary atomizer is used more and more widely. The rotary atomizer is key equipment of the tail gas purification in refuse incineration plant; its atomization results directly affect the quality of tail gas emission and absorbent utilization coefficient. Now the rotary atomizers used in our country are mostly imported from other country and cost a lot of foreign currency every year, with the development of modern industry, homemade rotary atomizer is an urgent demand of China market.Under this background, many key theoretical and technological problems of homemade rotary atomizer are studied and researched in this thesis. Through the analyses of atomization mechanism of rotary atomizer, the rotor parts of rotary atomizer are designed and researched.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1) The atomization theory of rotary atomizer is studied and some relative theoretical formulas are summarized, therefore, the theoretical criterion is supplied for the study & development of rotary atomizer and economical operation of practical atomizer. The atomization theory is validated by field experiment of rotary atomizer.(2) The theoretical base is supplied for the parameters in rotary atomizer mechanical design.(3) The material of rotary atomizer key parts is studied and elected, such as nozzle, rotating shaft and spraying disk.(4) The three-dimensional models of rotary atomizer parts are built by three-dimensional software, and through ANSYS8.0 finite element software, natural frequency and corresponding critical speed of rotary atomizer rotor are analyzed, therefore, the theoretical base is supplied for the even running and rational speed election of rotary atomizer.(5) According to above research, a rotor of rotary atomizer is designed, which consists of driving parts and atomization parts. |
