Study Of Mixed And Used Glue System Of Medium Density Fiberboard Based On JX-300X

Aiming at these problem such as lower automatic extent and efficiency in the control system of mixed and used glue in domestic Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) production, the paper synthetically analyzed the technology, method and experience of international and domestic Medium Density Fiberboard production, brought forward an idea about JX-300 distributed control system applied on mixed and used glue of MDF. Combining the analysis and design of mixed and used glue method and JX-300X distributed control system configuration software, the paper carried out the structure design and programme, set up a auto-control system of mixed and used glue in Medium Density Fiberboard based on JX-300 distributed control system.This paper simulates the practically production condition of Medium Density Fiberboard production enterprise, and exploited control system using the SCkey configuration software. Through the automatic supervisory vision menu, the system can supervises the local condition conveniencely, thus the system can change by the local condition, the technology request to operator and the work intension is reduced, the control process is perfect and auto-control come true; and then controls mixed glue complying with blend ratio. In used glue control aspect, the mature technique—PID is adapted, which assured the craftwork quota request of spray fiber with glue equably, Moreover, the system can also supervise the production timely, analyze current curve, display dynamic data, give an alarm/browsing production report and printing etc.According to the study, the result proved that it's feasible to apply JX-300 distributed control system on mixed and used glue of MDF production. Not only it can be used to mixed and used glue but also to other parts of MDF production line, so as to combine them to compose a distributed control system of Medium Density Fiberboard product line.
