The petroleum hydrocarbon contamination of the environment is a serious threat to the health of human and ecosystem. Bioremediation as a potentially effective and low-cost treatment has become a promising option of hydrocarbon contamination. Mycorrhiza has many positive function such as promote the degradation and transformation of the organic pollutant, promote the growth of plant in the contaminate soil, repair the organic contaminate oil and so on. The application of mycorrhizal technology to the bioremediation has been a hot spot in the soil reparation in recent years.In this paper, we reseach into the degradation and the mechanism to the diesel oil by ectomycorrhiza fungi. Through the regular of the activity changeable by laccase, polyphenol oxidase, peroxide and catalase, the enzyme activity variation on the different density diesel oil system and the degradation rate, know about the influence to the oil degradation rate by enzyme activity, the variation of enzyme activity and degradation rate when different substance existence in the degradation system, and provides the basic proof for the microorganism repairing oil contaminate soil.When 0.1% glucose as the source of carbon for the ectomycorrhiza fungi, it has the ability to degrade diesel oil. In the degradation system, different fungi has the different degradation rate to the same density diesel oil. When the oil density reach 400mg/L, the degradation rate to the diesel oil reach the highest, Boletus eduIis's degradation rate reaches 87.14%, Gomphidius viscidus's degradation rate reaches 80.93%. When the density bigger than 400mg/L, the degradation rate comes down. The enzyme activity of three type of ectomycorrhiza change has the different rule, when diesel oil added to the degradation system, the four kinds of enzyme activity have a variation, and with the density upward of the diesel oil, the enzyme activities show downside. In comparison with, when medium density oil added to the system, the enzyme activities show upside, it proves that diesel oil has the certain induction to the enzyme's production.When added 50mg/L phenol in the nutrient fluid, the laccase activity has increased for a level, polyphenol oxidase, peroxide and catalase also has a little variation. It proves that phenol has the ability of induction ectomycorrhiza product enzyme. When added phonel in the degradation system, the degradation rate of diesel oil has increased. When added 0.1% sucrose in the degradation system as the carbon source with the glucose together, the four kinds of enzyme activities increase many, and degradation rate increase too, it seems that ectomycorrhiza can use sucrose as carbon source and also can promote its growth.
