With the ever increasing energy needs,how to effective and rational utilization energysource,have already become a problem that people stringencly concerned.In the course of phasetransformation because phase change materials(PCMs)have got a great deal of energy storageand release, save energy, and approve actual effect of utilization.PCMs will be widely applied inthe saving energy field.Polyalcohols are used as the solid-solid transition materials with properties: big enthalpychange, small change physical volume, function stable that make them suitable for energystorage at relatively low temperature.Because of each Polyalcohol material has its own phasechange temperature, for getting widely used changing temperature scope, can press differentcomparison two kinds of polyalcohols as a binary system.This experiment adopts DSC method.From the experiment research, series phase transitiontemperatures and enthalpies for binary of polylcohols are gotten for four binary systems, theyare: TAM-AMP,PG-TAM,PE-TAM and PE-TTP. The conclusion is drawn that the transitiontemperatures of binary systems were obviously lower then pure materials, we can effectivelyreduce and control thetransition temperatures, then realize the aim of storaging heat andcontrolling temperatureThis part of the article dealt with the calculation of two parameters(activation energy, Ea;reaction order, n) of PG-TAM (PG65%)binarysystem by modeling the thermograms observed byDSC. The kinetic treatment methods Kissinger was used. Experiment process inside, adopts akind of method which is step-cooling curve method to determine the kinetics parameters.Andcalculate the kinetics parameters of PG-TAM,TAM-AMP and PE-TTP by this method. Experiment has a elementary study to increase the phase transition rate of polyalcohols, theconclusion is drawn that it can recede the E_a and increase the phase transition rate of PG-TAMbinary systems by adding the sepiolite.
