Surfactants have the structure characters of polar-hydrophilic group and apolar-lipophilic group, they are prone to be absorbed and oriented on the surface of substances. The specialties of those include decreasing surface tension, infiltration, wetting, emulsification, decentralization, solubilization, foaming, washing, sterilization and so on. Therefore they are used widely and called"industrial monosodium glutamate". Due to the little environmental compatibility of majority of surfactants which we usually use, they also have brought forth negative effect on environment. It is necessary to develop an accurate, speedy, simple and high sensitive determination of surfactants. Surfactant has already caused people's extensive concern to the danger of the environment in recent years, similarly, payed great attention to the monitoring of entering surfactants of the environment, and many monitor methods had been researched, which playing important part in protecting the environment.RLS is a new technology developed in 1990s for trace analysis with high sensitivity, simplicity and selectivity, attracting more and more attention. There are more researches and applications of RLS recently. It is widely used in the research and determination of proteins, nucleic acids, carbohydrates, medication, non-particle, inorganic particles and surfactants and shows great future to use.The complex made of FB and SDBS leaded to the increase of RLS intensity in the buffer-solution pH=4.0, whose RLS peak was at 600nm, linear range was between 0.03~2.4mg/L and determination limit was 0.02ug/L. Therefore a new sensitive RLS method of determination of SDBS was developed. This method was used to determinate the quantity of SDBS in environmental water sample, and the result was satisfied. In B-R buffer-solution whose pH=4.0 the RLS spectrums and its characteristics about reaction between two CS and Nesster reagent were studied. The experiments were also conducted on the infection factors, the optimum reaction conditions and the effect of co-existing substances. It was found that when ion complex was formed between CS and Nesster reagent, there would be the same sudden increase of RLS intensity and RLS spectrum characters, which the peak was around 422nm. In a certain range of concentration, RLS intensity had direct proportion to the CS concentration. The method is simple, speedy, high sensitive and better selective. The determination limit is between 1.5ug/L and 1.7ug/L on different CS. This method can be used in the analysis of real samples and the result is satisfactory. The IRLS, linear range and sensitivity of the Titan yellow-bovine serum albumin system is enhanced on adding OP into it. According to the theory of DLVO brought forward by Derjagvin, when OP are added into that, its highly hydrated polyethylene glycol chain extends into water and forms curly structure, shows superior statically obstructive affection toward material particle's aggregation. At the meantime, thicker hydrated polyethylene glycol group layer have similar quality of water, so effective Hamaker constant decreases, thereby the Van der Waals gravitation among mass points decreases sharply. The degree of dispersion and stability can be enhanced. The IRLS increases and embodies the effect of sensitivity-enhanced after adding OP. This conclusion offers the reference for studying the mechanism of surfactants in the future. This paper studied the RLS spectrum of Eriochrome Black T (EBT) in different conditions. The results indicated that their IRLS were influenced greatly by solutions'pH. In certain pH of solution, the intensity of RLS system had the linear relation with the concentration of EBT. Meanwhile the hydrogen bonds among molecules were calculated by the way of quantum chemistry. The theoretical computation indicates that the increase of resonance signals in the system could be attributed to the supper-molecular aggregates formed by hydrogen-bond between molecules. The results agreed with the spectrum data obtained in experiments. The research will provide important references for further research on RLS.This paper researched on the surfactants of three types, the anionics, cationics and the non-ionics, discussed the action mechanism of RLS in different systems, established new analysis systems which offered important theoretical foundation for the monitor of environmental sample surfactants, and have offered the new spectrum analytical methods for solving the monitoring of surfactants.
