Through the investigation to hydrolytic acidification+membrane bioreactor for mixed-wastewater Treatment of a chemical industry park , by consulting the criterion of different HRT, different loading of sludge, different flux of the membrane ; observing the capability of pollution removal,and also by the study of the sludge's characteristics in membrane bioreactor and the pollution and cleaning of the membrane ,we can come to the conclusion that:(1) It's feasible to use hydrolytic acidification+ MBR in disposing the compositive sewage from chemicalindusty park of CODcr range from 1500 to 2400mg/L,volatilization hydroxybenzene range from 7 to 38mg/L.It also has the favourable effect in reducing CODcr and volatilization hydroxybenzene with the high removal ratios of 90% and 97% respectively, CODcr removal ratio is 5-10% higher than existing treatment process CODcr removal ratio 80-85%.(2) MBR can come to a good truncation effect to SS. In the experiments, the suspended solid of the effluent are less than lmg/L, the turbidity is less than 1NTU. But comparing with the traditional bio-technique, MBR can offer the stable quality of water with high capability of separation of the membrane;(3) Although the MLVSS/MLSS of MBR is lower than the conventional activated sludge, it can hold the high concentration of the sludge, and can make for reducing the dimension of bioreactor dimension , and decreasing the projecting payouts;(4) MBR also has some shortcomings: the demand of oxygen is high; clogging of membrane; the contaminate of the biology and pollution of membrane that caused by the accumulation of steady compounds and. So It has to make farther study and advance in those aspects as equipment of oxygen supply,the type of membrane,the material of membrane,the life of membrane and the cleaning of membrane, in order to popularize this technology;(5) Through the water quality investigation, It can be saw that in the influent, such compounds as CH3SOCH3 can be hardly decomposed. So we propose that it should be controlled of the discharging of such substance from the headstream, or make the water reach the decomposing criterion after the transaction by using with AOPS or RO.
