Membrane In Active Sludge Terminal Filter Pollution Behavioral Research

Membrane bioreactor (Membrane Bioreactor, MBR) is the application of membrane technology in wastewater treatment of a new technology. This topic designed a set of terminal filtration membrane bioreactor experiment device, from the following two aspects of research. First research membrane pollution behavior, test membrane and the modification membrane flux; then looking for a kind of evaluation methods of membrane pollution that can identify membrane modified approach to make the film can resist EPS pollution such as service life and ease, extended user economic burden.In the study of the terminal filtration membrane, we found that the greater the hole found membrane aperture for larger proportion of blockage resistance; Membrane aperture smaller, less easily polluted membrane; Membrane has different Pore size pollution by different ways in plays a leading role:small aperture membrane is due to the membrane surface filter cake layer formed plays a leading role. Commodity membrane pollution resistant performance quality order:0.1μm membrane fights pollution performance is best while 0.8μm membrane fights pollution is worst. The results for membrane modified by low temperature plasma technique:this modified method for 0.1μm membrane and 0.8μm membrane or a success, to a certain extent, to improve the ability to fight pollution membrane. But for film intercept molecular weight for 300,000 and laboratory homemade film didn't play a very significant role.
