A rapid method for the determination of 18 pesticides residue which are specially used in Anhui province in vegetables and fruits by Gas chromatography/ Mass Spectrometry was developed. They are Dichlorvos, Dimethoate, Monocrotophos, Phorate, Triazophos, Parathion-methyl, Parathion, Chlorpyrifos, Deltameth-rin, Fenvalerate, Fenpropathrin, Alphamethrin, Carbofuran, Carbosulfan, Triadimefon, Chlorothalonil, Famoxadone and Prochloraz which are extracted by mixed solvent which contain 80% acetonitrile and 20% ethyl acetate, purified by florisil solid phase extract pillar. With the SIM mode, the analysis time was controlled in 25 minutes. Detection limits of 8 organic phosphorus pesticides were in the range of 0.007~0.4mg·kg-1, average recovery comes between 84.8% and 106.0%.Detection limits of 4 pyrethroid pesticides were in the range of 0.0004~0.05mg·kg-1, average recovery is between 91.7 and 108.3%. Detection limits of pesticides were in the range of 0.0001~0.1mg·kg-1, average recovery is 96~100.2%. Detection limits of fungicide were in the range of 0.0004~0.4mg·kg-1, average recovery is 93.2~105.6%.All the method was able to meet the need of pesticides residue analysis.
