At present,pesticides residue analysis has become an important component of global food safety.Many countries and international organizations have established strict standards and set the maximum residue limits(MRLs)for pesticides in agricultural products to ensure food safety.Many analytical methods for pesticide residues have been reported.LC-MS/MS has become a powerful technique for pesticide residue analysis due to its high specificity and sensitivity.Based on the analysis above,the determination of strong polar pesticides and pesticide multiresidues in fruits and vegetables were established using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.In this paper,the sample preparations and detection techniques in pesticide residue analysis are summarized.A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method for simultaneous determination of 15 kinds of pesticides(Topsin-M,Dovinox,Mipcin,DDV,Rogor,Admire,Rynaxypyr,Racmt,Phoxim,Mospilan,Pyrimethanil,Baytan,Amizol,Diniconazole,Applaud)in a variety of matrices(cucumber,eggplant,luffa,cocozelle,Sydney)has been developed.The mobile phase was acetonitrile and pure water,the extraction agent was acetonitrile,the chromatographic column was Waters Sun Fire C18(5 cm×4.6 cm×5 ?m),the gradient elution procedure:0-0.2 min,80%B,0.2-1.0 min,80%B-95%B,1.0-1.6 min,95%B,1.6-2.0 min,95%B-80%,2.0-3.0min,80%B.The detection was completed at 3 min.Sample pretreatment consists of three steps:peeling,solvent extraction and filtration.The sam ple pretreatment was completed at 15 min.The ion source temperature was 550 ?,the injection mode was split injection,the split ratio was 2:1,and the injection amount was 5 ?L.The linear range was 0.05 mg/L-5 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was above 0.990,the RSD values of system adaptability,repeatability and precision were less than 15%,the recovery rate was between 75%and 120%,and the lowest detection limit was 0.03-0 05 mg/L.It has reached the requirement of the analysis of agricultural residue.The matrix standard solution method can be effective to improve the matrix effect.The degree of Interference is negligible.Therefore the proposed method is an efficient approach for 15 kinds of pesticides analysis in complex fruits and vegetables at low residue levels.This method can be completely used for the actual pesticide residue detection work.The K of the comparison experiment is less than 1,which indicates that the method can provide support for the detection of pesticide residues.In the permeation experiment,pesticide residues were found in the vegetables,indicating that further research is needed for the accurate determination of pesticide residues in edible portion of vegetables.
