In this thesis, nano-diamond cores coated with Ni-Zn-P alloy thin film were prepared by an electroless deposition. The structure and the characterization of this material were investigated and analyzed; Similarly, Co-Zn-P thin film wrapped nano-diamond was prepared. The magnetic performance and the factors about it were studied. The main content is as the following:1. The nano-diamond core loaded Ni-Zn-P alloy thin film materials were prepared by using electroless deposition method under the condition of tin chloride sensitization and palladium chloride activation. The prepared materials were analyzed by using fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD). And the alloy layer composition was characterized with Energy Dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX). The results indicated the approximate composition 49.84%Ni-37.29%Zn-12.88%P was obtained. Moreover, the existence of Ni, Zn, P and chemical state are proved by X-ray photo spectroscopy (XPS), which the same as analysis of XRD. At the same time, the nanostructure of the materials was then characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scan electron microscope (SEM). DTA-TG analysis illustrated that the performance of anti-oxidation was improved. Owing to this material combine the electronic conductivity and corrosion resistance, it is expected that this kind of material has significant prospects for potential applications in basic and interconnection components for future new catalyzers, and as additives to lubricants and polishing materials.2. Nano-diamond wrapped Co-Zn-P was prepared also by using electroless deposition method under the condition of tin chloride sensitization and palladium chloride activation. The material combines "core-shell" structure and magnetic performance. The change of magnetic performance was investigated via varying the content of Zn. Its structure was characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM) . And alloy composition was determined by Energy Dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) and X-ray photo spectroscopy (XPS). Meanwhile, the magnetic performance of diamond core loaded Co-Zn-P alloy film was discussed with the results of VSM. The results indicate the atomic composition of alloy film affect value of coercive force evidently. The material is predicted that it has potential applications in magnetic polishing materials. In this thesis, the view of application of electroless deposition technology in preparation of "core-shell" structure materials is brought forward for the first time. The structure and performance were characterized by some analytic instruments. This thesis is very important in the filed of new catalyzers and magnetic material investigation.
