It contains three parts as follows:Chapter 1 Recent advances in application of Baylis-Hillman reaction.(review)The review introduced some general example of Baylis-Hillman reactions and application in syntheses, meanwhile, its mechanism , development of catalyst also were discussed.Chapter 2 Study on enantioselective synthesis of tetrahydrofuran lignans.Study on enantioselective synthesis of tetrahydrofuran lignans using B-H reaction , RCM reaction as key steps.Chapter 3 In this part , the benzodioxane lignans and the methods to synthesize them are reviewed at first. Then our synthetic effort towards the nature occurring Rodgersine A and B were discussed. Rodgersine A and B were obtained in 13 steps starting from 2,4-dihydroxy benzophenone in which the S_N2 reaction and Corey-Fuchs reaction were the key steps.
