| Characteristics of garbage output and components from passenger train in different regions,different seasons,different grades of trains,different kinds of carriages and different periods of time are analyzed in this paper through our investigation of 10 passenger trains in southern china. Basing on it, a multi-minimization technological system on garbage form passenger train including source-reduce,middle-reduce and end-reduce is supposed, which contributes to the whole processing management.The investigation of refuse yield indicates that: Garbage output through the whole way ranges from 78.59 to 1209.85 kg in southern china and mostly(no less than 90 percents of them) exceeds 300 kg; Output per unit of garbage from passenger train mostly varies from 20 to 35 kg/h and 0.4 to 0.5 kg/km as well as output per capita changes from 11.78 to 20.84 g/p.h and 0.105 to 0.345 g/p.km with the average of 15.854 g/p.h and 0.244 g/p.km. Analyzing on the samples indicates that: food leavings,waste paper and waste plastic are the three main components of garbage, which accounts for 90 percents as moisture has a range from 9.91 percents to 81.06 percents (average 47.95 percents) and caloric value has a centralized distribution from 10 thousands to 16 thousands kJ/kg(about 63 percents). Compared with municipal solid waste garbage from passenger train has more simple components, more recycling value and much more adaptable to heat treatment. Through analyzing on the five main affecting factors(region,season,train grade,carriage type and period), results have been given as that period and carriage kinds are the topest important ones.This paper has synthetically analyzed garbage from coming into being to dying out, together with analyzing the constitution and characteristics of technological system for pollution control. It proposed a technological system for minimization including standardizing supply of goods,classified collecting,recycling,compressing and terminal treatment. Primary calculation suggests that total output of garbage from passenger train in southern china is about 89.45 thousands tons a year, as the multi-minimization technological system has been carried to execution, garbage will be reduced about 60 to 70 thousands tons a year in the end with 13 to 19 thousand tons attributed to source reduce resolution. |
