The cellulose are divided into two kinds, one is natural cellulose, the other is artificial cellulose. Because oil-the non-regenerative resource is becoming more and more sparse, and with the development of our economy and the process of the society, the use of artificial cellulose must be restricted. While, the natural cellulose which are resourceful, endless and regenerative. The products made from natural cellulose are bio-degradable which acclimate the development of the society and the environment. So the investigation about the use of natural cellulose is becoming more and more active. Many ionic liquids were synthesized and tokened. The results of the token displaied that one ionic liquid—AMIMCl(1-allyl-3- methyl imidazole chloride)has many advantages. One is the short synthetic time; the high yield; and the stable characters. This research took the natural cellulose pulp as raw material. And we dissolve this cellulose with AMIMCl. Then, the fibre spun was taken after using this solution with the fibre spun machine. Then, the fibres obtained were tokened by the scanning electrical microscope (SEM) analysis, differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) analysis, thermal gravity (TGA) analysis, nuclear magnetism resonance(NMR) analysis, polarimeter microscope(PMA) analysis. The main results of this search are as follows: Many ionic liquids were tokened. The results are as followed: The AMIMC1 can be obtained with stiring for 12h under airtight condition at 0℃. The yield can reach to 99.8%. The time(AMIMCl) synthesized is short. Compared in our research, the AM1MC1 was found dissolve the cellulose(DP=650, DP: degree of polymerisation) within 2.5h under vacuum at 80℃with stiring. It can even dissolve the cellulose whose concentration is 15% when the temperature was shifted to 100℃. While other ionic liquids don't have this character. When the temperature of fibre spun was 90℃, the length of air bath was 6cm, according to the results of the character of the...
